Konichiwa! I’m Sam Ross and you’ve found my research website ‘The Infrequent Musings of an Early-Career Ecologist’ (IMECO), which has bits of blogging, photography and actual research. As the name suggests, I’m an early-career ecologist interested in the effects of biodiversity of community- or ecosystem-level properties and processes in light of global change.
Check out my research interests and projects (past and present) under the Research tab including a list of my publications; a blog about my research, living and working abroad, travel and other general updatesunder the IMECO blog tab, as well as occasional highlights of other people’s work; and you can see some of my amateur nature and travel photography under the Photography tab. Finally, be sure to get in contact: interact with me on twitter, connect with me on LinkedIn, follow me on ResearchGate, and feel free to comment on posts and pages. My full contact details are here, so please do get in touch, particularly if you’d like to know more about my work or are interested in working together.
Thanks for stopping by,
